BP oil spill in the gulf

i think that the accident that occured with BP is intirely there fault and i think that they should be held fully responsible for the following actions that have taken place. there should be legal and other issues brought up on hom BP is going to fully restore the accidents potential danger. BP has tried many attempts and other ideas to stop the leak but being that none are successful they are still wondering on how to cap the leak with out harming it even worse.

Stocks rally 2% on energy boost

U.S. stocks rallied on Wednesday, fueled by a rebounding energy sector, as investors regained confidence following the previous session's huge sell-off. On Tuesday, stocks ended sharply lower, with most of the decline coming in the final hour of trading as investors overlooked better-than-expected economic reports and instead worried about the global economic recovery.

On Tuesday, energy shares declined - with BP plunging 15% - after the company's latest attempt to plug the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico failed and Attorney General Eric Holder said there would be a criminal investigation of the spill.

Nearly 150 dead from weekend storm in Central America

in Guatemala the death toll from tropical storm Agatha is still mounting up. the death count is currently at 149 people dead and 90 people still missing and another 69 people injured. this tragic accident is something that will stand out in there nations history a huge storm caused the ground to actually give out and create a huge hole right in the middle of there town, the hole was caused by a landslide which then the hole releases pressure and the ground gave out and actually pulling part of the town and buildings with it.
